These terms apply to your use of agostini.com.au (the “website”), operated by Agostini Property Buyers & Advisory (“Agostini”, “I”, “me” or “my”), a Sydney buyers agency and vendor advocacy business run by James Agostini, a licensed real estate agent in New South Wales.

Everything on this website, including the buyer guides, market insights, articles, newsletters, client stories, buyer tools and FAQs, is general information only. It does not take into account your personal objectives, financial situation or needs.

Nothing on this website is financial, investment, legal, tax, lending, valuation, building or planning advice. Before making any property or financial decision, you should obtain independent professional advice suited to your own circumstances, including from your solicitor or conveyancer, accountant, mortgage broker or lender, and building and pest inspector.

No guarantee of results

Client stories, reviews, properties shown as bought or secured, media coverage and any figures or outcomes on this website describe past results for particular clients in particular circumstances. They are not a promise or guarantee of any future result.

Every purchase and sale is different. Access to off market properties, purchase prices, sale prices, timeframes and the level of competition all depend on the market and on factors outside my control.

Photographs are used to illustrate the areas and types of property I work with. Unless a photo is clearly described as a specific property, it should not be taken to show a property bought or sold for a client.

Engaging my services

Nothing on this website is an offer to provide services or a binding agreement. I only act for a client under a signed written agency agreement, as required by the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 (NSW). The services, fees and terms that apply are those set out in that agreement.

A free strategy call or initial conversation is general in nature, is provided without obligation, and does not create a client relationship or an obligation on either side.

I do not control and am not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement.
