With more than 18 years across Sydney's residential, commercial and development property markets, I've built my career on trusted advice, strategic negotiation and deep local knowledge. As founder of Agostini Property Buyers & Advisory, I've advised on and negotiated transactions from $500,000 to more than $36 million.

For most of my career I was a selling agent, holding senior roles with McGrath Head Office, The Agency Head Office, LJ Hooker, Raine & Horne and Laing + Simmons. I know the scripts, the pressure tactics and the quiet conversations that happen before a property ever reaches a portal. Having worked on both sides of the table, I understand every stage of the process and negotiate from a position of strength.

Six years ago I moved to the buyer's side. Today I work independently as a buyers agent and vendor advocate, never for an agency, guiding first home buyers, families, investors, developers and corporate clients make smarter property decisions.

A Cranbrook School alumnus, I grew up in the Eastern Suburbs and still live locally in Waverley. Those long standing relationships, and the agent network I've built over two decades, give my clients access to on market and off market opportunities others miss.

You won't be handed to a junior. I do the inspections, the calls, the negotiations and the bidding myself, from the first search through to exchange and then settlement, so you feel informed, protected and confident at every step. I’m supported behind the scenes by my executive assistant, so every detail is handled and you’re never left waiting.
